Loved creating this surprise Paris trip reveal cake, complete with edible passports and boarding passes, which detailed the location, date and time of the trip; in case the Eiffel Tower wasn’t enough to give it away! 😆😂 This was a chocolate sponge cake, filled with chocolate buttercream, Belgian milk chocolate ganache, covered in BMCG and fondant chocolate 🍫🎂😋
