As we continue to make buns we are also adding this special to the weekly rotation:

The smoked sprouted rye grain sourdough, smoked next door Sandy’s Smoke Shed

Available every Friday🏃‍♀️

Open 8:30am-2:30pm from Tues-Sat.

We are also selling at Campfield market every Saturday for the next couple of weeks so come and meet us there!

And also thanks everyone for coming to enjoy the new location at 122, had a great couple of months☺️

We're hiring!

As we continue to expand, we are on the lookout for an experienced baker to join our small team of passionate bread weirdos.

You must have previous experience working with long-fermented and naturally-leavened dough, as well as love for the careful process of its production from start to finish. Experience in viennoisery and/or pastry work is also desirable, but not essential.

This is a physically demanding role and requires a strong work ethic, a desire to learn and continually improve, a keen eye for detail and ability to keep pace with high-volume production schedules.

We offer competitive pay, amazing coffee, and a friendly and supportive environment to learn new skills, as well as to contribute your own ideas.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Weekend availability and early starts to be expected.

We have been busy prepping our specials for this Saturday!

Tomorrow we have the og herby olive and polenta bread as well as a new wheat-spelt with honey oat porridge and toasted wheat flake loaf🌾

Sourdough bread ice cream affogato too, buns, bread, pizza, sandwiches made to order and of course coffeee
