THE KETTLE WARMS: The stove is stoked and the kettle is on the hob.

The true potential of this beautiful site is really starting to shine through ✨

Our team are working hard, chopping back hedges, clearing, scrubbing and painting the interiors.

Meanwhile we’re busy finalising table layouts, menus, choosing colours, tableware, and all manners of fixtures and fittings, whilst also recruiting our dream team.

Join us for a journey through five wines and a digestif from across the Aegean and Adriatic, accompanied by our house sourdough and your choice of meat, cheese or mixed charcuterie.

AEGEAN ODYSSEY: Join us this August Bank Holiday weekend at FAUN WINE for a journey across the Aegean and Adriatic. As we explore five wines and a digestif from one of the world’s oldest and most fascinating winemaking regions.

Expect old-world traditions, new-wave producers and plenty of stories along the way. Accompanied by our house sourdough, and your choice of an individual meat, cheese or mixed charcuterie plate.

Think of it as our own little Odyssey through the Balkans.
