WYTHNOS GWIN CYMRU:

To celebrate Welsh Wine Week, this Friday , we're privileged to be hosting the wonderful Susan and James from Whinyard Rocks Vineyard in mid-Wales.

Nestled deep within the foothills of the Radnor Forest, far from the madding crowds, this low-intervention vineyard is at the cutting edge of the natural Welsh Wine scene.

Join us this Friday to sample their beautiful range of wine, including the Solaris Pet-Nat, Orange Wine and Col Fondo Rosé.

VICTORIA:

I must admit that when I’m hungry,
I have a craving for all things spongy.

Vanilla layered buttercream,
strawberry sandwich, of my dream.

How I long for this creation,
crowned favourite of the nation.

So yes it’s time if you agree,

To celebrate and take the plunge,
and raise a fork to the Victoria Sponge.

You'll find this delightful British treat available on our Bakery counter every day whilst strawberries are in season. With lashings of our strawberry jam made from locally grown strawberries just over the hill.

HEADS UP: Our Kitchen will be closed on Tuesday 28th April for some essential maintenance work.

We'll still be open for Coffee, Sweet & Savoury Pastries, Cookies & Cake. With our fabulous Bakery team rustling up as much as they can to provide some savoury options for Brunch & Lunch.

Normal service will resume from Wednesday 29th.

Please note, our cafe at the Morgan Experience will be open as usual and we'd love to welcome you there if you're after something more substantial.

A FAUN FAREWELL: It's been just over two years since Paige joined our team. Since then, she's taken us all under her wing.

Kind, nurturing, funny and thoughtful, she's had a significant impact on each and every team member, bringing us together and uniting us as a true Faun family.

We know she's also made so many wonderful connections with you all, with lots of you coming in to wish her well over the last few days.

We're incredibly sad to see her go, but so happy for her to be returning home to her family and friends in South Africa in a few weeks time.

Thank you for everything Paige. Onwards and upwards ✨
