We have had the most amazing weekend at our favourite event of the year and just want to thank everyone involved who makes this event what it is.. from everyone involved in the set up and running of the event, volunteers, Easy Streat 🍔🌮🍜 for our market stall, Brew & Eat Roly Poly Eats for the food to keep us going, Clinkk & Co - Bar for the slightly alcoholic drink after we finished 🤭, all the other amazing traders Jacky Taylor for the plum jam to put in the Bakewell slice (went down a treat) and most importantly all of you awesome people who come and say hello, have a chat and buy our cakes we are truly grateful ☺️🫶🏻

We’re heading to Norton Parish Hall from 6pm for their cinema night! 🍿✨
They’re showing Zootropolis 2 🐾 and we’ll be there with all the goodies because let’s be honest… every film is better with cake. 😉🍰

SUNDAY 30TH & MONDAY 31ST AUGUST
It’s PERSHORE PLUM FESTIVAL TIME!
And YES… we’re bringing so many cakes🍰🍰!!!

Happy birthday to the other half of Oh For Cakes Sake! 🎂🥳❤️ Kris

What would I honestly do without you?! From building the bakery from the ground up, smashing the markets by yourself, running our social media, cake testing, keeping everything behind the scenes ticking along, and somehow still finding the energy to decorate cakes at ridiculous hours of the night… 😂🎂

There have been so many late nights, early mornings, stressful moments, endless cups of tea 🫖, plenty of laughs and probably more cake than is medically advisable 😂 — and I genuinely wouldn’t want to do any of it with anyone else!

You’re such a huge part of everything we’ve built, and we really wouldn’t be where we are today without all your hard work, ideas, determination and constant support. ❤️

So today, put the cake decorating, markets and everything else to one side and enjoy being celebrated — because you absolutely deserve it!

Here’s to another year of chaos, cake, questionable amounts of tea and making our little cake business bigger and better! 🥂🎂✨
