This wedding cake was delivered to the Isles of Glencoe Hotel last week. It consisted of two layers of chocolate sponge with coffee buttercream and salted caramel sauce, and one layer of vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream 😍

First time trying a mountain theme 😳

This was a red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream which was delivered to the West Highland Hotel for birthday celebrations 🎉🎉
I ordered toppers for this cake but sadly didn’t arrive in time so improvised with some fondant ☺️
