Vegan biscoff cupcakes

As someone who is dairy free myself I love a vegan cake 😋 it meals guilt free indulgence! These cupcakes were created for a special ladies birthday last weekend. And to top them off I added hotel chocolates vegan chocolates... because why not! Birthdays should be full of delicious things.

I must say these are the best waffles I've ever eaten! So impressed with this recipe, and worth that extra bowl for sure.

These are probably the softest fluffiest ones I've had in a long time. We decided to top ours with golden syrup and bacon and little legs chose chocolate and strawberries 🥰

Waffles can be frozen up to 3 months and a quick ping in the microwave or min in the toaster and you have delicious Waffles to have on the go.
