Thomas Cookie creates gourmet cookies with a difference.

Using an old family recipe and method that has been modified and perfected over many years, we have produced a range of cookies that will delight those with a classic sweet tooth right through to modern day foodies. We are currently selling our Classic and Premium ranges of cookies in farmers markets throughout Kent and have recently begun supplying cookie packs to networking events and corporate

meetings. Feedback is becoming increasingly difficult to decipher, usually consisting of something like: “Mmmm, mrrmph, oh my god, mmm.” And sometimes we’re not sure whether to provide a napkin or medical attention. But our customers keep coming back for more. So we think we are doing something right.

The Cookie Shed is open today from 11am - 8pm
and Saturday 7:30am ish until around 7pm (dependent on what time I get away from Faversham!)

Thomas, Thomas and Thomas have decided that The Cookie Shed will be open this Friday AND SATURDAY TOO!!!

…Kitchen Thomas remains by the oven, he hasn’t offered to comment at this time 😂

Opening times wiseee - Friday it’ll be the usual 11am - 8pm but Saturday I’ll be stocking up before I head to Faversham sooo it should be good to go from about 7:30ish and I’ll likely close it around 7pm - but we’ll keep you updated on stories where we can!

For Saturday, we won’t have the gazebo protecting the shed like we usually do as it’ll be out at the event with us so if you do visit, we’d really appreciate everyone making sure they shut the door after they’ve collected their cookies!!🍪

Okayyyy we’re seriously contemplating opening this Saturday for a first week back at school / last week of the Summer / double weekend pick me up ??

We don’t want to open both days if people aren’t too fussed - especially as I’m at an event so Son and the boys will be on set up and stock up duty (although how cute😂🥹) 🫡

Three sell-out shows. 🤯🍪

I honestly don’t know where to start other than just saying THANK YOU.

Ben absolutely smashed it.
Garry & Jo killed it at Silverstone.
I barely stopped all weekend.
The Cookie Shed sold out.
And behind all of that, Becky & Abby have been working unbelievably hard in the kitchen keeping everything moving.

It really is a team effort, and what a bloody team we’ve got. ❤️

But none of it means anything without the people actually turning up, buying our cookies, recommending us, coming back again and again and supporting this little business.

So genuinely… thank you.

I’m absolutely shattered 😂 but apparently there’s no rest for the wicked.

Straight back into the kitchen now because next weekend we’re doing it all over again…. twice.

The weather forecast looked a bit grey for our events today, so we’ve safely tucked away a whole stack of cookies in the shed and under the gazebo for a spontaneous SATURDAY COOKIE SHED !!!!
