Just three ingredients: cocoa beans, cocoa butter and sugar. That's all N2 Sweet Lab in Maidstone uses to make their bean-to-bar chocolate 🍫 Ned and Nina are now exploring what can be done with the by-products too, including the husks and the fresh tropical pulp that coats the beans before fermenting, rather than letting any of it go to waste. It's the kind of considered, craft-first thinking Produced in Kent loves to champion 🌱
