Fresh rhubarb is in the pot and that can only mean one thing… homemade Rhubarb Tarts are coming! 😍🥧

Made with beautiful fresh rhubarb, just the right amount of sweetness and wrapped in delicious buttery pastry. Proper old-fashioned baking at its best! ❤️

They’ll be out this Saturday in the Honest box alongside my other fresh bakes — but once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Perfect with a big dollop of cream, custard… or simply on their own with a cuppa. ☕️🥧
