I woke up this morning and thought, what shall I do today? The answer turns out to be make mini meringues that match my tea towel. 🤣😊💕 They are now bagged up and ready for Rode Hall Farmers Market tomorrow, Sat 5th Sept.

You know when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade (or G&Ts in my case🤣), well when life gives me sunshine, I make brownie ice cream!!

I am selling my brownies at Fallibroome Academy Performing Arts Department at the brilliant production of Bugsy Malone this evening. Alongside my brownies, I will have a limited number of pots of homemade brownie ice cream available during the interval. I have thoroughly tested it and it is amazing!!! Check out the cow container. 🐮😊🐮

I’m very lucky to have these beautiful pink elderflowers in my garden.

You know the saying “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade”, well my version is “when life gives you elderflowers, make cordial” so I did. It’s a really lovely summery drink mixed with sparkly water, or even better with some fizz. 😊🥂

I have it with me today at Rode Hall Farmers Market.

Crisp-y Bob is a disappearing fast!!! Thanks everyone. Treacle Market is really buzzing in the sunshine today. ☀️☀️☀️

Introducing Crisp-y Bob!!

This is a single (but generous) portion of Bob cake, drowned in ganache, topped with chocolate covered crisps. The crunch from the crisps goes so well with Bob. 😊

Crisp-y Bob will be at Treacle Market tomorrow.
