You know when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade (or G&Ts in my case🤣), well when life gives me sunshine, I make brownie ice cream!!

I am selling my brownies at Fallibroome Academy Performing Arts Department at the brilliant production of Bugsy Malone this evening. Alongside my brownies, I will have a limited number of pots of homemade brownie ice cream available during the interval. I have thoroughly tested it and it is amazing!!! I’m very lucky to have these beautiful pink elderflowers in my garden.

You know the saying “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade”, well my version is “when life gives you elderflowers, make cordial” so I did. It’s a really lovely summery drink mixed with sparkly water, or even better with some fizz. 😊🥂
