Have not been on here for a while as I have had a rollercoaster of a time as you may have read my Mum was poorly, she was in hospital for 6 weeks and diagnosed with dementia however am now going to post the couple of cakes I managed to do.

Well time really does fly my son is 18 next month and I want to make him a really special cake. I keep chopping and changing my mind on design of cake and not 100% happy with any of my ideas if anyone has any great ideas please please share with me!!!!!!

Quick play last night after my outing, lemon cupcakes with lime fondant topping bought yesterday on shopping trip with quick flower to decorate. 3 now in hubby's lunchbox !

Had the most fab day out courtesy of my hubby who took me to the cake decorating company and let me spend a fortune loved every minute of it and a great meal out too :0)
