All these beauties can be found at Fig&Olive in Lytham and have been a huge hit with the regular customers and so new flavours are be to be added soon.. My favourite is Cherry Bakewell which is a almond sponge with grace cherries with a almond flavoured icing topped with cherries and almonds 😀👍

Asked by Mirrie Dancer cafe in st Anne’s to create there own clootie loaf so using my Aunt Peggy’s family recipe which has been handed down through the generations I have adapted and converted into a loaf and it’s OMG moment I did well 😀😀 it’s brilliant..

Now scone making is not my forte at all and then I found this recipe whilst looking through my old Scottish recipes from nana carberry and I have converted it to modern baking as I am really good at loaf recipes… The Scottish love to toast there scones and hence this recipe and this is gobsmacking good.. It’s been quality controlled and passed with flying colours and to be honest it’s tastes wonderful just sliced and buttered …
