I just wanted to post these as I was so happy to make these cookies.

These were for a special little girl who has quite a few allergies & her mum didn't want her to feel left out on Mothers Day.

These sugar cookies are dairy, gluten, soya & nut free! They're super fluffy & delicious.

Due to the time I'm spending on a short college course in professional bakery its really helped when coming up with recipes like this. Sometimes free from products can taste dry & bland but these really do taste as good as they look 👀

And it made me so happy that they would have brought a smile to a little girl today 💖🍒
