Gorgeous christening cakes for tractor-loving Theo and his baby brother Oscar. Luscious lemon sponge filled with luxury lemon buttercream and silky smooth lemon curd and Chocolate orange sponge filled with rich Belgian chocolate ganache and yummy chocolate orange buttercream, both finished with handmade icing decorations.

I adored making this cake for horse lover Vivienne’s 11th birthday based on her beloved Welsh Cobb pony Toffee. Such a treat for the sun to be shining with only a couple of minutes drive down the road to set up this elegant semi-naked cake for the lovely Georgie and Simon’s wedding at the beautiful in Lymm.
