A huge thank you to Ade & Sally at Wordcrafts for supplying all the roadside and village signs promoting the different events at this year’s Gilmorton Beer Festival. 🍺👏

They’ve certainly helped spread the word around the villages!

We’re taking the signs down now, but with quite a few dotted around, there’s always a chance we’ll miss one. If you spot one still up over the next few days, please feel free to take it down and pop it in a bin for us.

🍺 AND THAT’S A WRAP!🍺

Well… the beer festival is over, the last pint has been poured and the committee are currently wondering what the hell just happened!😂

A massive, massive thank you to our brilliant Beer Festival Committee. ❤️

The planning starts early in the year, then from about the Tuesday before the festival it’s pretty much non-stop graft until we finally collapse on the Monday afterwards!

Today, we are officially broken.😴
Feeling our ages. Aching in places we didn’t know could ache. And generally looking like we’ve been hit by the Bakers Bus 😂

But despite all that… we bloody love it!❤️🍻

It takes a lot of people, a lot of hard work and a lot of hours to put this weekend together — and every single person who helps makes it possible.

BUT…👀

Next year we could do with a bit of young blood and some extra muscle!💪😂

So, if you’ve watched us running around like lunatics this year and thought “I could do that”- we’d love to have you!**

You don’t need to know anything about beer, just be willing to get stuck in, have a laugh and put up with us! 😂

🍺 **THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING WEEKEND!** 🍺

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, supported us, drank with us, danced with us, entered the dog show, cheered on the tug of war and generally helped make the Gilmorton Beer Festival such a brilliant weekend! ❤️

We’ll be back at the Pavilion from 10am tomorrow to start the clear-up — and we’ve got a little bit of beer and cider left over that we’d rather see enjoyed than go down the drain! 🍻

So, if you fancy taking some home, bring your own clean container and come along from 10am.

There’s no fixed price but donations are very much appreciated and will help support the Pavilion and our local community. ❤️

Come and help us save the beer! 😂🍺
