Vanilla milk sponge light and airy
With whipped vanilla milk buttercream
Belgium white chocolate ganache
Edible moss, Holly and Berries
and a dusting of edible glistening snow

You can add your choice of -
•freeze dried raspberries,
•Morello cherry,
•Milk chocolate,
•Jam or curd

Have to say I’d be raspberries 😋

This magical Christmas cake is available in 3 sizes
Our signature Christmas sponge cake is made with Belgium chocolate truffle coating marshmallow fondant cocoa mushrooms, homemade shortbread moss and sugar candied berry decorations.

£60Standard - upto 10-14 portions
£80Medium - upto 16-20 portions
£95Large - upto 28 portions

Portions are a guide. slices can be cut larger or smaller depending on size of slice desired for adult /child

Cake international was this weekend just gone, I love seeing all the amazing cakes each year.

I can’t believe how long ago this was 😩
(I may need to do this again)

This cake was so special to me and I still laugh about ringing my sister at 5 odd in the morning to say ‘I don’t like it’

How overwhelming it was when I arrived with my cake - the comment I made was ‘I don’t belong here we need to go home’ 🤣

It was a huge learning curve for me to believe in myself and what I’m capable of. So I say to anyone else… trust yourself, believe in yourself, you do deserve to be where you want to be. You are good enough 😍
