Nothing in life comes easy, but it sure comes when you least expect it. Pursuing my diploma in patisserie at AMA, was the best decision I've ever made, not coz i was sure of it, but coz my soul needed it.
The 20ish me, is the only one i am answerable to each day, she reminds me that we made it through all the indecisiveness, hardships, successes, lessons & that the world is my oyster & there's nothing that can stop me, if my heart is in the right place.

I've realised it late, very very late, that healthy living (physical, mental & emotional) is the best gift you can give yourself. Not that i didn't know it existed, but the fact that it felt comfortable & enough. Food & I are thick friends, I'd say soulmates, rather. So this bond, it's not meant to be broken, but cherished, not meant to be abandoned, but celebrated.✨

These granola bars are the healthiest of all my baked goods & trust me it tastes amazingly delicious.
