Happy Birthday to my little Leo. 7 today!

Cupcakes full of all things he loves at the moment - obsessed with playing Dobble, playing Pokémon, watching YouTube (and Pokémon) lol, learning to play the piano and quizzing everyone on their maths knowledge because somehow, he knows how to double all his numbers until he reaches 2 million! He's a smart little cookie so I made some clever little cupcakes 😊

This week, Victory celebrated their 35 year anniversary - I was asked by the lovely Ally to create some themed cupcakes with their logo and little models of their lighting - they specialise in infrared and ultraviolet lighting technologies.

My favourite part about this was the fact that about 15 minutes before, this sub was just a white sausage shaped piece of fondant. Add a few edible dusts and an edible pen and voila! A tuna and cheese sub - which my kids thought was quite realistic as they wondered why I was making my lunch at night 😊
