We currently post Plumbread all over the world to countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, Spain, Portugal and Holland. HARVEST HAMPER

We have donated a harvest hamper to the Alvingham Village Community Hall fundraising event tonight, the annual Chine Supper!

We included The Lincolnshire Plumbread Company Ltd Luxury loaf, Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese , Vine’s Bakery Sourdough Crispbreads, Saints and Sinners Chutney, Galley Hill Farm pears, British cox and russet apples and some red grapes.

Wishing the committee every success for a profitable and enjoyable evening.

Happy Lincolnshire Day!

These two young lads have taken some Lincolnshire Plumbread to school, to celebrate Lincolnshire Day with their friends.

Oliver, 7, says: "My Grandad makes this Plumbread."
Me: "can you tell me about the recipe?"
Oliver: "no, it's top secret!"
Me: "Where is the recipe from?"
Oliver: "the Plumbread bakery"
Me: "ok, whose recipe was it?"
Oliver: "my great-great-grandma's"
Me: "and do you know why it is called Plumbread?"
Oliver: "it's the name of the way they used to dry the fruit in the olden days"

Wednesday September 10th is "Back British Farming Day"
Here at the Lincolnshire Plumbread Co, we only use the finest flour, which is milled from Wheat grown in Lincolnshire, supporting local farmers.
We also use Rye Flour, Oats, Sunflower seeds and Maize, which is all grown by UK farmers.

Hours of Work: 7:00am to 2:00pm; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

Here at The Lincolnshire Plumbread Company we are looking for an extra pair of hands.
Initially the work involves wrapping and labelling high quantities of Lincolnshire Plumbread.
If you're fit and healthy, can stand for long periods of time (up to 3 hours at a machine), take pride in your work (because we have high standards to maintain), can work at a reasonable pace and are flexible (i.e. can work extra days when required), please email [email protected]

❗️ After six months, the successful applicant will be trained to make Plumbread from start to finish, to our high standards, by our highly skilled craftsman bakers.
