A recent cake created for a lovely client this weekend. A super moist fugdy chocolate cake with milk chocolate buttercream filling. The 'bum' is moulded from rice krispies and marshmallows and coated in white chocolate ganache, finally finished with fondant icing decoration. 🍰😍

I made a pretty 🥰 this one is for my son as he is always sad that all my cakes are only for 'looking at'! The cake consists of two moist chocolate cake layers and one vanilla and chocolate chip layer, filled with caramel buttercream and liquid caramel, with crushed biscoff biscuits between each layer... yummmmmy!
