I’ve had the pleasure of creating a photo cake for a local farmer with models of his favourite 3 cows on the top. It’s an 8 inch vanilla sponge with seedless reaper jam and vanilla buttercream cake.

I’ve had the pleasure of creating the wedding cake for O and K. The was a 24x8 inch chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache and Italian meringue buttercream. Decorated with fresh flowers.

My recent cakes. A cheeky mole and edible molehills (Rice Krispie treats covered with Oreo crumbs) for a garden loving dad. A Lego head and 30 Lego brick cupcakes (15 chocolate with nutella centres and 15 vanilla with seedless strawberry jam centres). Both cakes were 6 inch vanilla sponge with vanilla jam and buttercream covered with fondant.

This week’s cake was a large double christening cake. Jack’s cake was a rich fruit cake with marzipan. Flynn’s cake was a lemon cake with lemon curd and lemon curd buttercream.

Last weekend was a busy one. I made 12 Hogwarts house colour, chocolate cupcakes with Nutella centres and Nutella buttercream. 24 Market Rasen rugby themed chocolate cupcakes with Nutella centres and vanilla buttercream. 12 farmyard animal vanilla cupcakes with raspberry jam centres and vanilla buttercream. A 6inch Mermaid cake with vanilla sponge, raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream and white chocolate ganache.
