France is known for pâtisserie (pastry) and pain (breads), but thus far their products have not arrived in Pakistan. I therefore set on a long journey to Paris to bring home the authentic taste of French baking. Here I am, a qualified pastry chef specialized in French classical pastry and breads from the world renowned pastry school Le Cordon Blue. My mission is to bring you high-end French pastry

and breads. The whole new experience of learning about new desserts, flavors, ingredients and techniques made me realize the dearth of quality pastry items back at home in Pakistan. To bridge the variety and technique gaps, I decided to launch my pastry business called 'Le Saint Honoré- the name of a famous French cake' to deliver uncompromising quality of pastry and to spread the real taste of haute-pâtisserie Française (high-end French pastry). Though exciting as it may sound, this venture poses big hurdles in terms of availability of quality ingredients and tools in the market, but I am determined to make it in Pakistan. After a period of trial and error with local or low quality imported ingredients available, we had no option but to import high quality ingredients straight from France and Belgium. This has increased the input cost for Le Saint Honoré, but we have the satisfaction of providing the best quality pastries and breads. No need to fly to Paris and Dubai to taste an authentic croissant; I can make it here for you! Until I overcome the supply constraints Le Saint Honoré:
