Some cakes tell a story… and this one tells ours. ❀️

This football referee cake was for my son, and making it was one of those moments that reminds me why I love what I do.

Watching him grow into someone who follows his passion makes me incredibly proud. Being able to celebrate him with a cake designed just for him made this one extra special.

One of the lighter options on our sweet tables is this lovely **No-Bake Mango Cheesecake Dessert**.

It starts with a crumbly biscuit base, followed by a smooth and delicate cheesecake filling, and is finished with a vibrant mango layer on top. A fresh mint leaf adds the perfect finishing touch.

I love this dessert because it's light, refreshing and full of flavour. The creamy cheesecake pairs beautifully with the sweetness of the mango, creating a dessert that's especially popular during the warmer months.

These little cheesecake cups make a lovely addition to First Holy Communions, weddings, birthdays, baby showers and family celebrations, bringing a bright splash of colour to any dessert table.

🀍 A First Holy Communion is such a special occasion, and I always feel honoured when I'm asked to create a cake for such an important family celebration.

This time, I had the pleasure of creating this beautiful First Holy Communion cake for Filip, designed to celebrate such a memorable milestone.

Inside, you'll find layers of light vanilla sponge filled with smooth chocolate cream and Kinder Bueno mousse. The second filling features a delicate white chocolate cream paired with homemade orange jelly, creating the perfect balance of flavours. As always, all my fillings and jellies are homemade.

The cake was finished with silky buttercream and decorated with fresh flowers, a beautiful gold topper and a gold cross on the side, adding an elegant touch to this meaningful celebration. The stunning topper and cake board were supplied by the amazing and irreplaceable Toppery Na Torty.

To accompany the cake, Angelika also ordered lemon cupcakes filled with homemade raspberry filling. Decorated to match the cake and finished with homemade toppers, they made the perfect addition to the dessert table.

Being trusted to create cakes for such important family celebrations is always a privilege, and I am truly grateful to be a small part of these special moments.

A huge thank you to Angelika for placing her trust in me, for her lovely order, and for giving me the opportunity to help make Filip's First Holy Communion even more special with one of my cakes. 🀍

πŸͺ Sweet Table Collection – Oreo Dessert Cups πŸͺ

Next in our Sweet Table Collection series are these Oreo Dessert Cups – and I have to admit, they're always one of the most popular desserts on the table.

They start with a crumbly Oreo biscuit base, followed by a light mascarpone and fresh cream filling mixed with pieces of Oreo cookies, and are finished with a generous layer of crushed Oreo crumbs on top.

I love this dessert because it has a little bit of everything – creamy filling, crunchy biscuits and that familiar Oreo flavour that so many people enjoy.

Whenever I include these on a sweet table, they seem to disappear surprisingly quickly, with both children and adults coming back for one!

They're a lovely choice for First Holy Communions, birthdays, weddings, family celebrations and corporate events, and fit beautifully alongside our other individual desserts.

Simple, delicious and always well received – sometimes it's the classics that people enjoy the most. 🀍

✨ A little trip down memory lane...

This cake was made 4 years ago for my beloved niece, Jagoda, on her First Holy Communion. 🀍

I still remember asking her what kind of cake she would like, and without hesitation she replied:

"I'd love a wedding-style cake!" πŸ’•

So that's exactly what she got – an elegant two-tier buttercream cake adorned with delicate fresh flowers and her name beautifully displayed in gold. ✨

Seeing her reaction when she first saw it was one of those moments I'll never forget. She was absolutely over the moon, and I was so happy that I could bring her vision to life.

Looking back, it's wonderful how cakes become part of our family stories and treasured memories. Four years later, I can still picture her excitement as if it were yesterday.

Inside both tiers, you'll find layers of rich chocolate sponge filled with a smooth Maltesers chocolate cream and a crunchy chocolate and Maltesers filling, creating the perfect balance of texture and indulgent flavour.
