A quiet ode to spring.
This sugar daffodil was created as the first real blooms begin to emerge in our gardens — those subtle signals that the season is turning.

Inspired by nature but interpreted through form, texture and restraint, this piece reflects my approach to cake design: art-led, considered, and rooted in craftsmanship. Each petal is shaped slowly, intentionally, allowing the flower to exist as an object of beauty in its own right.
