Well what can I say, when a bride gives you free reign I get a little bit excited!!

Chocolate sponge and salted caramel sponge (plus a vanilla sponge for serving) with acrylic tiers to give it the โœจ๏ธWOWโœจ๏ธ factor!

I have a lot of catching up to do, life has been busy and social media has been on the back burner ๐Ÿ™ˆ

To start the cake catch up, here's a salted caramel sponge with salted caramel buttercream for a lovely couples 50th wedding anniversary celebrations!

I absolutely love using patterned stencils, it just gives something a little extra, don't you think?โœจ๏ธ

First wedding cake after my maternity leave, what a stunning venue it was at Bogbain Farm ๐Ÿ˜

A semi naked cake with gorgeous flowers from Meadow Cottage Flowers, Roseisle ๐Ÿ’

Gluten free salted caramel sponge and salted caramel buttercream for the top two tiers and gluten free banana sponge and buttercream with a biscoff filling for the bottom tier ๐Ÿคฉ

In addition to the cake, the bride and groom decided on lots of goodies to go alongside-

โ€ข biscoff blondie bites
โ€ข oreo brownie bites
โ€ข salted caramel and pretzel bronuts

So happy to be back doing what I love ๐Ÿค

This year I will be attending Lossiemouths first Christmas Market! This is on both Friday and Saturday, 4pm-8pm and 10am-2pm ๐ŸŽ

There will be lots of Christmassy goodies available, with a chance to order my chocolate orange gonks and heilan coos too!๐Ÿฎ These come on a giant gold chocolate coin in a ribbon tied clear box ๐ŸŽ€

I will also be hosting a raffle to win Couples Coos (Mr&Mrs/Mr&Mr/Mrs&Mrs)
