Brownie stacks ❤️

The lovely Sam asked me if I could create something special for Ruby's 16th Birthday. Ruby loves Brownies but isn't so keen on cake which gave me the opportunity to create a Brownie stack of 16 delicious brownies with a personalised topper and her favourite Maltesers and Dairy Milk just for her. It was so fun to make and creates an alternative cake for Brownie lovers :)

It was a pleasure to create a special Wedding cake for Jonathan and Emma ❤️ When Emma asked me to create their Wedding cake I couldn't have been happier, they are a lovely couple and I love that they had the special day they deserved surrounded by their closest family and friends.

Their cake was a 3 tier ( 6,8,10 inch) cake with two vanilla sponge layers with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream, and a lemon sponge layer with lemon curd and lemon buttercream. Decorated with handcrafted sugar roses in dusky pink, pale green and white and a beautiful pink glitter personalised topper to top the cake.
