Last minute cake I did for a fellow baker who got rushed in for surgery. Vanilla sponge and buttercream with raspberry compote. Was themed around cricket. I’m more of a fondant cover baker but enjoyed this trip into buttercream world.

Got a stall at Sawley Marina today come along and treat yourselves to some goodies. Last few Christmas cakes here too. 4” wide and 2.5-5” tall. Alcoholic and non Alcoholic

Brownies - Mars/cherry/cornflake topped/mint Terry’s
Cookies- cups ( biscoff & caramel, cookies &cream), loaded cookies (nutella or Biscoff), marshmallow (s’mores) cookie bar.
Old school cake vanilla or chocolate
