Placing an order with Parry's Pantry is an acknowledgement of the customer confirming and accepting each of the terms in this statement. PAYMENTS. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of b

ooking to secure your chosen date. The remainder is payable on or before collection. If the order is booked within 3 months of the event date then 100% will be required at the time of booking. Bookings will not be made until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non refundable but may be transferred to another date should I have availability. Any date changes must be made 1 month prior to the collection date. If you cancel within 1 month of the collection date then the deposit is lost. Please state all allergy/intolerance requirements at the point of ordering. I can accommodate vegan/dairy free requests I have gluten free recipes but I do not have a separate kitchen for the preparation of gluten free products. COLLECTIONS


Collections will be organised with you prior to the date. Please consider if you would like to collect the evening before the event. If you are going to be late please let me know ASAP, and a new timeslot will be agreed around my existing commitments. By leaving the property and accepting the product the customer agrees that the product's design is acceptable and as discussed at the time of ordering, therefore no complaint on design shall be made at a later date. If any problems should occur with the product, 90% of the order will be returned to the Parry's Pantry within 24 hours to decide further action. This decision is down to the supplier’s discretion. If the product is damaged in the care of the customer, please contact Parry's Pantry for further advice as it may be possible to repair the damage. Any repairs needed due to damage caused will be charged at rate of £15 per hour plus the cost of ingredients. STORAGE


The products should be stored in a cool location out of direct sunlight to prevent sweating, melting and other damage including the cake drying out. Please keep all sugarpaste covered products out of the fridge as this causes the sugarpaste to sweat and colours to run.
