It has taken more than 8 years of continuous near daily iterations to hit this level of lamination quality and a honeycomb that doesn’t exist in this type of product

It was all a dream. Can we make pastries in par with traditional ones. The answer is a YES. All caps.

Our founder can eat gluten and knows well what the best pastry feels and tastes like, our goal is to produce quality better than this and we believe we have!
