We all have wonderful memories of flavours and images of our culinary experience. At Sweet Folie® we specialise in creating desserts to match our customer’s requests for a special occasion, theme, or just because so you can continue to make more culinary memories. Sweet Folie® is the creation of pastry chef and cake designer Rosetta D’Uva.

“I have always had a passion for creating all things swee

t whether it be to celebrate special occasions or for a relaxed get together with friends. In order to explore this passion further I travelled to France and the journey took me to the Patisserie school of Alain Ducasse, in Lyon, where I was trained by award-winning chefs. I learned the art of patisserie, confectionery and chocolate. In the UK I also had the amazing opportunity to work alongside up-coming UK award-winner Pastry Chefs and for the UK Chocolate Master. I am blessed to be able to share all this with you through our joint love of desserts.”

My version of Fraisier using white chocolate mousse.
One little girl is allergic to dairy so I made a lemon tart decorated using the same fruits so she didn't feel left out

Wow...What an amazing year 2018 has been with so many great memories to look back on. Being an entrepreneur is not always glamorous and fun but with the love and amazing support from family and friends it has been a year to remember!!

Received amazing feedback from wonderful customers My first food festival Joining the amazing with selling my products through their online shop and being part of their amazing pop up shop. Meeting some inspirational women Being a small part of brides special day 👰 Making new friends through shared experiences.
