“I have always had a passion for creating all things swee
t whether it be to celebrate special occasions or for a relaxed get together with friends. In order to explore this passion further I travelled to France and the journey took me to the Patisserie school of Alain Ducasse, in Lyon, where I was trained by award-winning chefs. I learned the art of patisserie, confectionery and chocolate. In the UK I also had the amazing opportunity to work alongside up-coming UK award-winner Pastry Chefs and for the UK Chocolate Master. I am blessed to be able to share all this with you through our joint love of desserts.”
