We’re known for our lightly whipped, airy cream, and this time, we’ve made it even more special.

Our new roll cake features a premium cream made with Hokkaido milk. Sourced from Japan’s northern island of Hokkaido, this milk is celebrated for its exceptional richness and purity. Thanks to the region’s cool climate, lush pastures, and high standards of dairy farming, Hokkaido cows produce milk with a naturally higher butterfat content, resulting in a creamier texture, a subtly sweet flavour, and that melt-in-the-mouth softness.

We’ve kept the sponge pure white to reflect that same sense of purity and lightness, allowing the cream to truly shine.
