Baking bread was taking over my life, so I decided to make it my business. I specialise in sourdough breads, but have a couple of cheeky yeasted additions too. As well as supplying restaurants, I have a Sunday market stall on Maltby Street that I share with the beautiful people at Bar Tozino.
