Bringing back old wisdom, one meal at a time.

Our Family Waste Detectives course is starting at Our Yard at Clitterhouse Farm.

Through 4 weekly fun, practical workshops, families, friends and caregivers will explore simple ways to make food go further together. We’ll cook, play games, try new recipes, reduce food waste, save money and share skills with others in the community.

Explore your creativity with our inspiring Watercolour Painting Session perfect for all skill levels

Pop over to the beautiful Clitterhouse gardens and join local artist Janine for a laid-back Saturday watercolour workshop!

Janine will take you through the different brushes and colours and give you an introduction to colour mixing. You will learn how to produce different effects with watercolour, such as layering colours and blending.

Just immerse yourself in nature, and you will find plenty of inspiration. This is a really practical workshop, great for beginners. However, if you do have some painting and art experience and want to build your skills, you are most welcome to attend. We look forward to seeing you!

No experience is needed.
All materials are provided.

Suitable for adults and children aged 8 and above (please feel free to bring younger siblings along). Children must be supervised by a parent or carer throughout the session.

Adult Tickets (aged 14 and above)priced at £15.

Children's Tickets (up to the age of 13) at £10.

Join us on Sunday for out monthly river clean. Meet 11.30 at the cafe.
Clean up till 1pmish and we have a SPECIAL and INCREDIBLE film to show from ClimArts called 'The Resiliant River'.

We can drink tea eat free cake and watch the film, followed by a small panel with Neelambree from ClimArts and Lawrence Kershen who is a mediator who works on environmental issues.

Our Yard are delighted to announce that one of our founding volunteers will be bringing sound system culture to the farm in a collaboration of communities.

Smadi Sessions will begin with an intimate indoor session. Presenting Streetlight Sound System for 5 hours of Reggae, Roots, Dub, Rockers and Rocksteady - strictly vinyl!

Future visions range from family friendly day festivals to reggae documentaries so be sure to watch this space!
