Just a small part of we do ….. powdercoating 2-3-4 colours is not easy but we have a master powdercoater who can do almost anything

Tough to finish and to hang without blemishes bit the client was chuffed with the work!

Really nice finish on these radiators. 👌🏾👍🏾🤯

Tough to powdercoat as in order to do a good job, you can get tricked by shadowing but they came out great! PROCESS:

1. Burn the excess and old paint
2. Sandblast the radiators
3. APP120 PRIMER
4. Powdercoat
5. Bake.
6. Wrap in double bubble wrap

1. Metal wash
2. Undercoat APP120 Primer
3. Dark Gold powdercoat
4. Gloss Lacquer
5. Bubble wrap

Morning colour fans....

Galvanised Scaffolding poles for an art sculpture in London. ... they look great.

Process:

1. Degas
2. Metal Wash
3. Sanded lightly for any galvanise dripping
4. BP600 Primer (adapted for galvanise)
5. Bake, wrap
