This week our chocolate fondant cake was featured in favourite things in 🥰
Our flourless chocolate fondant is made with a blend of 58% and 70% dark chocolate, we carefully add whipped egg whites to create a mousse which is twice baked to give two textures- the bottom is a fudgy brownie like texture and the top is a softly baked mousse. I call it the cake that soothes all pain, but really it is a cake for all occasions!
