Lighter days call for lighter bakes! Well made pavlova is Crosby on the outside and marshmallowy inside. We followed recipe to achieve this perfection. Brown sugar gives it a golden colour who works well with our fruit of choice 🥝.

We recently fell in LOVE with tonka beans, so it seemed appropriate we user for out Valentine's Cake. Pairs perfectly with vanilla buttercream and white and milk chocolate. Pure decadence!
We user xylitol for the cake and golden icing sugar for the topping to make it refined sugar free. If you're making it gluten-free, use neutral flour (like white rice): tonka flavour, albeit wonderful is very subtle so make sure you give it a chance to shine! 💖
