Belle Époque, our signature celebration gâteau.

A celebration of clementine and chocolate, with delicate layers of chocolate Joconde sponge, silky dark chocolate and orange mousse, and bright clementine gel. Enrobed in a rich Rocher glaze and topped with crème brûlée ganache, candied orange peel, handcrafted chocolate decorations and touches of gold leaf.

Inspired by the Belle Époque and the grand pâtisseries of turn-of-the-century France, it’s a cake made with celebration in mind.
