Haven't baked in a while as life has been taking it's toll. Experiencing the loss of a loved one is always hard. So I decided to take on a challenge of vegan and gluten free baking, felt inspired by Wimbledon and these little beauties finally finished this morning. I now understand the cost of vegan and gluten free baked. Very technical and costly too.

Thank you Celine for this beautiful birthday cake. It was so flavoursome and enjoyed by everyone. I wouldn't have thought coconut and chocolate worked so well in vegan cakes. Definitely blew me away :)
