Better Health Bakery Artisan sourdough bakery in East London The Better Health Bakery is a charitable artisan bakery based in Haggerston.

As a social enterprise we bring the community together by promoting locally produced food and providing trainee placements to adults recovering from mental ill health. All our bread is made using traditional methods and with natural ingredients to produce a satisfying, honest loaf. We don’t use any additives or preservatives in our products, only flour, wild yeast, water and salt . To gain the dep

th of flavor in our bread we give it plenty of care and the time it needs to prove and bake. We hope you enjoy the results and are always keen on your feedback.
