Here’s a biscuit in the shape of a cinnamon bun to enhance the spirit of this spicy week

Nötkongress -nut congress- Line a tart case with sweet pastry(made with butter-goes without saying). Toast hazelnuts lightly till they smell like heaven. Chop them finely and put them in a bowl. Add golden sugar, a tiny wee bit of salt and stir in some fresh eggs 🥚. Fill up your tart cases and bake them till they’re just set. The centre should be creamy and the crust a little bit chewy. 3-4 ingredients. So simple and so incredibly good. Try to bake them or come in and enjoy ours.
