So it was my husband’s 50th birthday and as always did not know what to get him. He’s a professional musician and so I thought let’s make him a bespoke cake. I decided to go for a Marshall Amp (constantly stubbing my toes on them in the hallway after gigs 😂). He was genuinely moved when I presented it to him at his birthday meal. I love it when I can give the cake that little extra something. I was asked to make a Raya and the Last Dragon themed cake. The client asked for something extra special so I came up with a design and to make it extra special, I got the topper to light up and change colour. So pleased with the outcome and the client was uber happy.

What an honour to be asked to make a couple’s wedding cake. They wanted a cupcake tier cake and after a lot of discussions and matching colour schemes, we came out with the most beautiful arrangement. The top tier is chocolate and the cupcake are a combination of lemon, vanilla, Victoria sponge and carrot. All finished with handmade fondant roses in pastel colours of white, pink, lilac and yellow. Arranged on a Perspex tier it was a stunning centre piece. Congratulations to the Bride & Groom and thank you for trusting me with such an important element of your wedding.
