As we approach two years on Roman Road this October, we’ve learnt a lot about what our customers love, what works, and what makes ’Ello Bagel special.
Over the last two years, we’ve stayed committed to serving high-quality, gourmet bagels made with great ingredients and generous portions. That commitment hasn’t changed.
With nearly two years of customer feedback, we’ve taken the opportunity to refine our menu. We’ve streamlined a few items, removed some dishes that weren’t as popular, and focused even more on the bagels and flavours that our customers keep coming back for. You’ll also notice a few improvements to some of our signature favourites, with even more of the quality ingredients that have helped define ’Ello Bagel.
Our goal has always been simple: serve exceptional bagels, use quality produce, and create something a little different from the traditional bagel shop.
As we continue to grow — and with exciting plans for a potential Central London location in the future — we’re more focused than ever on delivering the best version of ’Ello Bagel.
