Notice Period

To deliver the best service possible and to continue to keep costs down we require as much advance notice as possible. Please call or email us for quickest response times as we do not always receive notifications on Facebook. Payment
We require payment in FULL before any order is confirmed. For large value and peak season (April - September) orders, deposits of 50% can be taken to s

ecure booking and balances must be paid 1 week prior to required delivery date. Please do not request for credit or account terms. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made with a MINIMUM of 4 days prior to delivery date or all deposits will be lost. Cancellations for orders considered by us to be large must be made 10 working days in advance. Deposit refunds MAY be issued at our discretion. Delivery Info

We deliver biscuits and cupcakes in multiples of 6 via the postal service or courier. Local delivery is also available in certain areas. What happens when you take your eye off the mixer...if you ever overwhip your cream don't stop. Keep going and make your own butter! The milk and the butter will separate of their own accord and you now have the butter you ran out of 😉 (make sure to rinse the butter with cold before you store it)
