Well it’s that time of year again lol I know I don’t really make cakes anymore, but wanted to share my daughters 12th birthday cake. This was boba (Bubble Tea) milk tea themed cake , my child is obsessed with bubble tea. I managed to knock this together in less than 2 hours, she was so happy and wasn’t expecting a homemade cake as we have only just come back off holiday and I went back to work. Another one done for another year 😂

I haven’t posted in a while, I also haven’t made any cakes for what feels like ages, wanted to share my daughter’s 11th birthday cake. Gacha Life Theme Cake, the character are my daughter and friends avatars. Everything is 100% edible except the balloons 🙂

Fortnite Themed cake 🤷‍♀️
It was my daughters 9th birthday on Saturday. She had a list of requirements. 1) Fortnite in some form. 2) Colourful. 3) Sweets. 4) Lots of purple. BAM! I hit the mark lol. I had a total of 3 hrs to bake and decorate this cake 🤦🏻‍♀️ God willing I finished within the time.

Literally the quickest cupcakes I have ever made. Made these “Baby Shower” theme cupcakes for a colleague at work who is about to drop. Found out today the baby shower date had changed and it is tomorrow 😳 not too shabby for a couple hours work.

Bad mom moment 🤦🏻‍♀️
Today is my daughters 8th birthday and up until yesterday I had neglected to make the cake 🙀 I manage to baked them last night before bed and took this afternoon off work to finish it off and decorate. Total of 5 hours including the baking and I mange to pull a cake out the bag🙌. Now I wonder how I’m going to get this to the theme park tomorrow🤔.
