We can do door to door delivery in London and if you like dogs in bow ties then Brian Barkington can deliver them personally! (Don't worry, he's not very good at cooking so stays out of the kitchen, lazy pup!)

We've learned most of our baking skills from trial, error, books and the internet. And of course, mum and school Home Ec classes! This is the greatest show! 🎪

The special-est kid in my life had a circus party and so I had to make a cake! I have to tell you that fondant is my nemesis so it was a bit of a struggle but we got there in the end!

It’s been a while since I made a cake, and even longer since I made a vegan cake! 🌱🎂

This bank holiday weekend we had a big family birthday - my dad’s 80th and my brother’s 40th.

One of our family is vegan so it ideally needed to be a vegan cake…

After stressing about it for several months 😅 I went for a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream. All vegan! And “kings of the jungle” in party hats! Personalised toppers were from Prim&Topper and party animals from theprettypandashop.

Lots of layers and I was rather worried it would melt on the 2hr journey from London but we got there just about in one piece and had a brilliant party at Stovell's! Thanks to Kyle and the team for keeping the cake cool and us topped up with champagne!

Happy 50th birthday to a wonderful friend who’s gone too soon. She loved animal prints and belly laughs, and I like to think she’d have enjoyed her 50th birthday cake because it was full of love just like she was. 💕

Today marks the last day of my cake contributions for Project Wingman - I’ve been posting them on insta.

My lovely neighbour took them in twice a week to our local hospital where they were enjoyed (hopefully!) by NHS staff.

It has been a challenge baking twice a week but it’s been a great experience. It’s given me something positive to focus on during some sad times personally. And it’s been really nice to feel that I was doing something to contribute when the world was going a little crazy.

Today’s cake was two layers of Biscoff topped with four layers of vanilla rainbow cake. Understated, just like me! 🌈 ♥️

True story: When I tried to deliver this cake, the top collapsed and the frosting got completely wrecked! That’s what happens when you cake in 30 degree heat!

Also true story: I took it back and remade it all and managed to get it delivered intact (and extra scaffolded and cooled) second time round!

Lesson learned! It was a tough one but I’m really proud that I managed it, even if round 2 was slightly less perfect... Hopefully it was still enjoyable!

It’s been a while, but my neighbour is volunteering at the local hospital so I made these for her to take in. Thank you to everyone working on the frontline for our safety!

I made a cake! I used to make one a week and now I manage about two a year... and one of those is for my favourite little boy in the world.

His only brief was, “I want chocolate cake!” I was originally planning two tiers but with limited time, decided to go for one... I think it turned out cute! I’m totally unused to working with fondant but I didn’t think I’d be able to do it in buttercream!

He’s been sick this week and turned into Velcro kid so I had to work pretty much overnight to get this baby finished! It was worth it to see the look on his face. ♥️

Made a cake for a special lady who turned 40! She’s a big fan of rainbows so this is a vanilla sponge rainbow cake covered in Italian meringue buttercream in pastel rainbow colours, with a white chocolate ganache gold drip. Never knowingly understated! 🌈🌈
