As part of our ongoing support for local artists, we’re proud to display the work of .shillito throughout our building.

Stephen is a London-based designer and illustrator, with a background in print design, illustration and branding. His creative work spans everything from posters, screen prints and illustrations to book design and visual identities.

One of the things we particularly love about Stephen’s work is the way he brings together creativity and design, creating pieces that are not only visually interesting but also work beautifully within a space.

Stephen has also created a collection of London postcode prints, celebrating individual roads and areas across London, with customisable options available too.

We love having his work around the centre and being able to showcase the talent of local creatives to the businesses and visitors who come through our doors.

Supporting local artists and celebrating creativity within our community is something that is really important to us. 💙

On 18 August 2018, we opened the doors to Newman Flexible Workspace for the very first time.

Fast forward to today, and we’re celebrating 8 years of supporting businesses, welcoming new faces and watching companies grow.

Over the years, we've provided everything from private serviced offices and meeting rooms to coworking desks for the day, but for us, it's always been about more than just providing a workspace.

We've done our best to support every person and business that has walked through our doors, whether that's helping a new business find its first office, providing somewhere to meet with clients, offering a flexible desk when needed, or simply being there when a business needs a little extra support.

As we look ahead, we're incredibly excited about what the next chapter holds. We're seeing renewed confidence in the office market and more businesses looking for flexible, professional spaces that can grow and adapt with them.
