๐Ÿซ Craving a chocolate dessert? Go and check out this Moist Chocolate Cake!๐ŸŽ‚

โœจ Here's an easy recipe for you to try:

Ingredients:
โœ… 200g dark chocolate
โœ… 100g butter
โœ… 4 eggs
โœ… 150g sugar
โœ… 50g flour

๐Ÿ“:

1. Finely chop the dark chocolate and transfer it to a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl, to melt the chocolate using a bain-marie technique. Stir continuously.
2. Once the chocolate is melted but not too hot, add the chopped butter to the melted chocolate. Let it melt while stirring continuously.
3. Allow the chocolate and butter mixture to cool, stirring occasionally.
4. Meanwhile, separate the egg yolks from the whites into two separate large bowls.
5. Add half of the sugar to the egg whites and beat them until stiff peaks form.
6. In another bowl with the egg yolks, add the remaining sugar and beat until the mixture is pale and frothy.
7. While still mixing, gradually pour in the lukewarm chocolate and butter mixture until a smooth and uniform texture is achieved.
8. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture in several stages, ensuring not to deflate the egg whites.
9. Sprinkle in the flour and gently fold it into the batter until smooth and uniform.
10. Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
11. Bake in a preheated static oven at 355ยฐF (180ยฐC) for 30-35 minutes. Avoid using a convection oven to ensure even baking.

Once out of the oven, allow the cake to cool in the pan before removing.

๐Ÿซ Empanadas are a true culinary delight, made by folding dough around a deliciously seasoned stuffing before being baked or fried to perfection. Whether filled with savoury meats, cheeses, vegetables, or sweet fruits, there's an empanada for every palate.

โ“ Did you know that the earliest mention of empanadas dates back to a cookbook published in 1520 in Catalan, mentioning empanadas filled with seafood? Since then, empanadas have evolved into a versatile treat enjoyed in various parts of the world, each with its own unique style and flavours.

๐Ÿ‡ Looking for a delightful treat bursting with fruity goodness? Try these amazing Raspberry Cheesecake Buns! ๐Ÿฐ๐ŸŽ‰ Here's the recipe for you to enjoy:

Ingredients:
๐Ÿ”ธ100g oats
๐Ÿ”ธ250g curd cheese
๐Ÿ”ธFrozen fruits (I used two handfuls of raspberries)
๐Ÿ”ธ2 eggs
๐Ÿ”ธ2 tbsp sugar

๐Ÿ“:

1. Before baking, ensure your fruits are unfrozen.
2. Chop the fruits into smaller pieces if necessary.
3. Mix the chopped fruits with 1 tbsp of sugar until well combined.
4. Combine oats, curd cheese, one egg, and 1 tbsp of sugar in a large bowl.
5. Knead the ingredients together until you achieve a solid dough.
8. Adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
6. Prepare a small bowl of cold water to help form the buns and prevent your hands from getting sticky.
7. Take a small portion of the dough, shape it into a ball, and flatten it.
8. Place some of the fruit mixtures in the centre of the flattened dough, then roll it up. Add more dough if needed to cover the filling completely.
9. Once all buns are assembled, brush the tops with beaten eggs.
10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown.

๐Ÿฅณ On April 1st, we celebrate one of the world's oldest leavened breads - sourdough. Its history dates back to Ancient Egyptian times around 1500 BC, making it a cherished tradition enjoyed through the ages.

โ“ Sourdough's unique tangy flavour comes from the long fermentation process using lactobacilli and yeasts, giving it that distinctive taste loved by many. Did you know that during the California Gold Rush, sourdough became a staple in Northern California, earning gold prospectors the nickname "sourdoughs"? The tradition even extended to the Arctic Circle, where "sourdoughs" protected their starters during harsh winters.

And if you're curious about sourdough, don't hesitate to start your own sourdough starter at home or experiment with different flavours and ingredients. The possibilities are endless!

Craving a taste of Italy? Dive into the creamy luxury of homemade Tiramisu! ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡นโœจ Here's a simple recipe for you to try:

Ingredients:
โœ”๏ธ 500g mascarpone
โœ”๏ธ 3 eggs
โœ”๏ธ 250g ladyfingers
โœ”๏ธ ยฝ cup sugar
โœ”๏ธ 300g coffee
โœ”๏ธ Cocoa powder (for topping)

๐Ÿ“:
1. Prepare coffee and add one teaspoon of sugar, then allow it to cool down in a bowl.
2. Separate the eggs.
3. Beat the yolks with a mixer, gradually adding half of the sugar until the mixture becomes light and foamy.
4. While the mixer is still running, add mascarpone to the yolk mixture.
5. Clean the mixer thoroughly.
6. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
7. Gradually add the remaining sugar to the whipped egg whites.
8. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone cream.
9. Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream at the bottom of a baking cake tin.
10. Dip the ladyfingers into the coffee and arrange them in the cake tin.
11. Add another layer of mascarpone cream on top of the ladyfingers. Repeat the process as desired.

Sprinkle cocoa powder on top for that final touch of decadence! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿซ

๐Ÿฅž Did you know that this delicious celebration has its roots in Scandinavia as Vรฅffeldagen? It all started with a bit of confusion surrounding a religious holiday in late March, leading to the association of waffles with the day.

๐Ÿ˜ While its exact origin is unclear, waffles have been enjoyed in Sweden since at least the 1600s, making International Waffle Day a tradition with a rich history. Today, it's celebrated not only in Scandinavia but also in other European countries and beyond.

๐Ÿง Interestingly, there are two International Waffle Days: one on March 25th and another on August 24th, the latter originating in the US to commemorate the patenting of the first US waffle iron in 1869.

So, whether you prefer your waffles sweet or savoury, crispy or fluffy, let's come together to celebrate this versatile and beloved treat! ๐Ÿฅžโœจ

๐ŸฅฏGuess what? I tried making Greek Yoghurt Bagels, but ended up with the fluffiest buns instead! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅฏ Who knew a little love in the kitchen could make them grow so much! ๐Ÿฅฐ

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Here's the super easy recipe I followed:

Ingredients:
โœ”๏ธ 400g Greek Yoghurt
โœ”๏ธ 2 tsp baking powder
โœ”๏ธ 1 tsp salt
โœ”๏ธ 400g flour
โœ”๏ธ 1 egg

:
1. Mix all of the ingredients (except the egg).
2. After combining, start kneading the dough.
3. If the dough is sticky, add a bit more flour.
4. Divide the dough into smaller parts (I made 7, each around 100g).
5. Form little balls and make a big hole in each of them.
6. Whisk the egg in a small bowl and brush it on top of your buns.
7. You can also sprinkle them with poppy seeds or sesame!
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Featuring just a handful of everyday ingredients and a touch of culinary wizardry, this Invisible Apple Cake will leave your friends and family questioning reality with every sweet bite! ๐ŸŽโœจ

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ : - 4 apples (1kg)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ยฝ tsp cinnamon
- ยฝ cup flour
- ยฝ cup icing sugar
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2/3 cup milk

Method:
1. In a large bowl, quickly whisk together eggs, milk and butter
2. Stir in flour, cinnamon and icing sugar
3. Mix until smooth, the batter is supposed to be on the thin side
4. Peel, core and slice apples (really thin!)
5. Layer apples in a loaf pan
6. Pour the batter to cover the apples
7. Bake in 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes
