โจ Here's an easy recipe for you to try:
Ingredients:

200g dark chocolate

100g butter

4 eggs

150g sugar

50g flour

1. Finely chop the dark chocolate and transfer it to a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl, to melt the chocolate using a bain-marie technique. Stir continuously.
2. Once the chocolate is melted but not too hot, add the chopped butter to the melted chocolate. Let it melt while stirring continuously.
3. Allow the chocolate and butter mixture to cool, stirring occasionally.
4. Meanwhile, separate the egg yolks from the whites into two separate large bowls.
5. Add half of the sugar to the egg whites and beat them until stiff peaks form.
6. In another bowl with the egg yolks, add the remaining sugar and beat until the mixture is pale and frothy.
7. While still mixing, gradually pour in the lukewarm chocolate and butter mixture until a smooth and uniform texture is achieved.
8. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture in several stages, ensuring not to deflate the egg whites.
9. Sprinkle in the flour and gently fold it into the batter until smooth and uniform.
10. Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
11. Bake in a preheated static oven at 355ยฐF (180ยฐC) for 30-35 minutes. Avoid using a convection oven to ensure even baking.
Once out of the oven, allow the cake to cool in the pan before removing.
