Did some baking late last night. Made an apple and blueberry crumble with a jumbo oat topping. Then managed to slightly burn the best brownie recipe ever. Finally a New York cheesecake. Hope they all taste yummy.

I was lucky enough to be asked to make my nieces wedding cake.

Double Chocolate with chocolate ganache. Then the first time making a vanilla, with an orange, mango and passion fruit filling. Got to say, it was delicious!

An old family friend, requested a cake this weekend for her son. I couldn’t deliver to the venue, so the family finished decorating the cake on site, according to my instructions, I prepared all the strawberries. They did a fabulous job.

Same customer, same theme pretty flowers. What a difference 10 years makes. Happy birthday. Hope everyone has a lovely weekend, and gets to enjoy some yummy cake!! I’m going to have a Portuguese nata today. And hopefully a bread ahead doughnut tomorrow.

I really hope I get picked to make the cake for her 90th birthday too. Imagine that 3 decades of cake making!
