We spent the day London Canal Museum and had a fantastic time! 🍦🚣‍♂️

We started with a free talk about the history of the museum, followed by an incredible ice cream demonstration by Mandy English dressed in full period style as Agnes Marshall, Victorian London’s “Queen of Ices”!
We got to try two delicious flavors, Madagascar Vanilla and Marmalade, while learning all about how ice cream made its history in London. 🍦✨

Afterwards, we walked down to the ice well where we heard the fascinating story of Carlo Gatti, the Swiss entrepreneur who brought tons of ice all the way from Norway to distribute across London. ❄️
