Born from one of those weeks last year where we had a ton of leftover loaves (and we are zero waste over here!), this is our tribute to the humble PB&J. Elevated by the use of nutty caramelised hazelnut and kinako (roast soybean) mousseline, topped with muscovado & vanilla roast strawberries and sourdough crumbs. A real treat 💕

For our new brioche roll we’ve been inspired by the concept of a dirty soda ( according to wiki it’s a soda mixed with cream originating from America). Our cinnamon roll is loaded with a house made cola jelly(agar agar based) drizzled with espresso caramel and topped with a whipped vanilla mascarpone condensed milk cream. Possibly unhinged as far as rolls go, but definitely one to try!
